Our Social Housing Services Include:
Short term turn arounds from 3, 5, 7 & 15 day meaning homes are re-let without delay.
Internal works such as Electrical NICEIC & Gas safety CP12 certification, kitchen and bathroom fitouts & improvements, general carpentry works, plastering, flooring and decoration works to a complete full service.
24/7 call-out rota every 12 weeks.
Voids and (TIO) Tenant in occupation properties that are delivered on time, in budget and to the WHQS quality.
External (WHQS) works such as delivery of new rainwater goods, roof verge works, roof repairs, new fence and concrete hard-standing to paths and the installation of new rear and front UPVC doors as per specification.
